只为一段旋律

      这首词翻译得好辛苦，还花了两天的时间才勉强译好。自己感觉是至今为止最难的一首了。高中的时候看《Good Will Hunting 》(心灵捕手) ，男女主角床戏的时候，这首是背景配乐，旋律一出来，一下子就很惊艳，感觉是，让人不由得地心酸。后来去找电影原声，就是为了这首歌，没想到里面好几首Elliot Smith 的歌，都很喜欢（遗憾的是他选择了自杀）。存了三个版本的，译的时候，还有写这篇的时候，一直在翻来覆去听，真的是让人着魔的歌啊。点此下载     点击右键下载其他两个版本（Chris Garneau，Madeleine Peyroux）

      从最开始听到这首，到今天，也有四五年了（唉，我总是对从过去到现在都一直很喜欢很喜欢的歌欲罢不能），不过直到昨天才真正了解歌词的涵义，之前想翻译都觉得力不从心。多亏Song Meanings 上网友的讨论（Song Meanings 真是一个好地方），原来主题是alcoholism，酗酒。讲的是酒精的诱惑，和对她的屈从吧。把人变得，就好像在牢狱中一样，没有自由，也与世隔绝，所以叫 between the bars……挺悲伤的歌。
